Vasily Grigoryev (October 11, 1989 - September 5, 2018), who, at times, went by the online mononyms "Vilev" and "Trotsky," was a Chaherist domestic terrorist who unsuccessfully attempted to assassinate the President of Libertas Omnium Maximus in 2018, and, after the attack failed, committed suicide-by-police by opening fire on the Maximusian Senate building on September 5, 2018. In the months preceding his assassination attempt, Grigoryev posted a series of manifesto-like statements on numerous anonymous online message boards denouncing Maximusian involvement in the Second Lauchenoirian Civil War and voicing his support for the communist junta government. A Maximusian citizen, Grigoryev was born to Kvaskm immigrants and attended Elizabeth Polytech, graduating in 2011 with a BS in electrical engineering.
