Armakavkaz & Zalistsi is a district in the Upper Zemmla region of Narkim. The district is the most populous of Narkim, as well as Wosteaque, with the district alone making up roughly 25% of Narkim's total population. It is bordered by Roios by a maritime border to the west, Dagköping, and Snekkersten to the southeast, and Innbygda to the southwest. In the 2020 census, the district had a population of 14,200,300. Rossobuga is the district's capital and Minelozhsk is its largest city.
