			Howard-Alexander Walker is a Slokasian politician and former Prime Minister of Slokais from 1985 to 1989. Walker served in the Federation Army of Slokais from 1963 to 1970, in a well-documented diary of his, which was published in 1975 to much acclaim, which allowed him to start a political career in 1979. Walker was a leader in the radical faction of the Left Party and was elected as Prime Minister from 1985 to 1989. Besides this, Walker has remained a symbol of the Great War era of Slokaisan history and a major advocate for veterans' issues, as well as disability and workers' compensation. Today, Walker remains one of the oldest MSLs and by far the longest serving.

			Born February 2nd, 1945, in Point Lee, Wojiang Bay Province, Howard-Alexander Rivera Walker was the third child of a factory worker and a Sunday school teacher, being born into the East End Ward. Despite coming from a working-class background, his father, Hugh, named him for the first and second presidents of Slokais (Howard Prince-Gonzalez) and (Alexander Lin). Walker was active in the Thomas IX Church of Point Lee, with him winning several awards for service as a choir boy.

In 1958, at age 13, Walker and members of the congregation were accosted by members of the Reformist Red Guard due to the Church father's opposition to certain government policy on religious grounds. Walker later wrote that it was the lack of response from the Catholic Church as a whole to the "National Reform Problem" that pushed him into becoming a political radical. In 1961, Walker joined his father, Hugh, in a unified strike against the National Reform Labor Commissar, who had raised the price of the company lunch to four times the daily wage. While they achieved their goal in the brief, the start of the Great War led to a call for increased production beyond the set hours. Working long hours and unable to leave his job due to his contract, Walker fled Point Lee in late 1962 without a destination in mind to avoid being tracked by the Red Guard, who had identified him as a "radical agitator". Going from town to town, taking from the government food supply sheds, Walker lived in the mountains. In 1963, Walker had what he described as a "revelation", a divided nation of Slokais would never be able to be liberated in his mind from the National Reformist government. Thus, if Slokais were simply united around a common banner and a common mindset free of class, ethnic group, and religion, a better society could be achieved. Later, Walker would describe his idea as the "Many Nations' Problem."

	Walker was drafted into military service in 1963, serving in the Nation Army of Slokais, before deserting soon after to join the Left Revolutionary Army, after heroics at the Battle of San Augusto he was quikcly promoted and by 1964 he was leading the LRA at the Battle of New Liverpool. He was part of the group that established the Federnation of Slokais Islands after capturing Presdential Palace. In 1970, he was part of the Consiutional Congress and because of this, became the leader of the new founded Left Party.
