The New Proposal Categories - Grosseschnauzer - 04-12-2006

I happened to check over at the Jolt forums just now (since NS is undergoing "Maintentance" while the new game changes are being implemented, and I found through this link
http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=477170
an earlier entry from last week describing new categories for proposals that was added in a couple of weeks ago.
How come this has not been mentioned here?
Anyone care to provide a primer on this?

All I know is the categories: "Advancement of Industry" and "Education and Creativity."

J-T was writing an Education proposal that could be the first in the Education category if we can get it queued soon

The New Proposal Categories - Jonquiere-Tadoussac - 04-12-2006

I'm hoping to push on that proposal in the next few weeks, after my classes, exams, and job searches are done (stupid RL interfering with NS!). It'd be nice to get something put in under the "Ed&Creativity" category besides all the tripe the n00bs have been writing lately.
