I think I'm going crazy...
A while back I saw a map of IDU time zones, based around Miervatian Standard Time. Does anyone know where I can find it again? (or am I just hallucinating?)

As I recall, there was a dispute on how to interpret that map as far as the scale of the map, and how wide a time zone would have to be.
That map would need considerable updating, since IIRC, it has not been updated to the current political boundaries.

Actually, it doesn't have political boundaries on it. But I, too, remember seeing some dispute about it.
If you want to see it anyway, I found a link to it through the region's NSwiki:

It does have a couple of political boundaries on it, seeing the jogs that some of the lines make. Thanks for digging this up!

The questions arose early on, and many IDU nations had not resolved how they would apply the time zones in their territories because of the question as to the width of the time zones. (Some nations did not want to have seven time zones, if the zigs and zags could reduce the number of zones in their territory, there were issues about half-hour shifts in their territory, and others wanted a uniform time in their territory.)
Basically nations did not fix which zones they wanted to use, and the map wasn't updated.

I think the issue of scaling / size could be resolved by looking at the scale of the other maps.
I remember M. said that Groot Gouda was the size of China ... which would put Keeslandia well over the size of the USSR.

So we can get 12 UN resolutions passed but we can't agree on time zones???
We already got around that in Disjunction. We abolished any measure of time samller than a day. I believe it has drwan us closer as a nation. No one worries about how many hours they work, nor do they debate who is faster. For instance I can run a marathon in the same speed as the fastest runner in Disjunction. My time? One day, which is the same as the fastest runner's time.
