Here's the situation in Antrium - Antrium - 10-15-2005

OK, you might have noticed I have left the IDU, and sent a colony (South Antrium) in my place.

This is because of a crisis in my first region of Iowa. There has been an invasion and now Abyss, who we have an embassy with, has stepped in to help. I need to return to the delegate position in Iowa for a while, to eject the invaders and to get things back to normal. I will continue to be active on these forums, and will continue to assist with Immigration duties. I will try to send Antrium back as soon as I can, but I do not know what will happen with Iowa in the future.

Invasions just suck.

A lot of us have non-UN puppets here, so I don't think that is a problem.
I use a non-UN puppet in TNP and the only thing I can't do be run for or vote for the delegate election there.
So your situation is not unusual, it just means you can't vote in the election next month.
