- Laeral
- Legionas
- Lehvant
- Libertas Omnium Maximus
- Novella Islands
- Sanctaria 
- Slokais Islands
- Wosteaque

(Lauchenoiria will also automatically have a seat upon the Security Council, as per Article 7 of the Charter)
