Regional officer seals - Xiomera - 09-13-2021

As another project I had promised to work on, I have created these potential regional seals. They all look the same for a reason: to provide continuity and uniformity in regional symbols and representation. I created seals for the different regional officers as well as IDUSA Speaker and the IDUSA itself. Let me know what you all think.
