What exactly is the relationship between the European Delegate and the Founder? The recent Foreign Update seemed to indicate that Europe has an autonomous founder; I'd like to hear more about this.

EuroFounder (EF) and Imperium Anglorum (IA) do not have a 'relationship'.
EF has been appointed Founder of the Region by the Mods back in 2003 because, when Europe was founded, NS didn't had Founders.
Originally the EF's account was shared between two individuals, one of them is Myrth.
Now, EF is mostly absent, so IA carry out most of the duties, being him the Delegate.
