I'm not really new, so I'm not going to introduce myself.
However, I'm glad to be back. I won't be as active as in the past, just hang around as an annoying old fart saying that everything was better in the old days

I'll see whether I can do anything. Depends whether the Council is more RP (which isn't really my thing) or meant to be a practical way of running the region.
