I think that if you want "Q", you should be able to get "Q". And if we all really insist on 2 letters (I don't), why not "QQ"?

Should have posted this previously.

The former territory of Flankia is now the Schnauzer Dominions and is using the country code of SD.

The Amazing Race is remaining in the region, but will be located in the former neutral zone between Schnauzer Dominions and Keeslandia. It normally uses a three letter code, TAR. but where necessary, the two letter code AR may be used.

Would this be an appropriate NSWiki list as well? That would give anybody the ability toe modify the list as needed (a strength of Wikis).
